If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will happily either refund your item(s) as long as you contact us within 21 days from the purchase date.
Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original sleeve packaging and, if a pure cashmere or silk infused cashmere pashmina shawl, the official Chyangra Pashmina Certified Label must also be included.
Pashmina Shawl Scarf makes every effort to do vigorous and thorough quality checks before items are sent out to customers but if in the unfortunate circumstance a customer receives a faulty item we will happily replace this item for you or issue you with a full refund, including your postage costs.
We will refund postage on any faulty items up to the original value for us to send to the customer – this is dependent upon service chosen. Refund on postage is not included on any other type of return and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure it arrives back to us in a secure and safe manner for a return/refund to be completed.
